You represent that you are lawfully able to enter into contracts. If you use the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

You are solely responsible for managing your digital wallet and private keys. PlayWall is not liable for any loss arising from wallet mismanagement or unauthorized transactions.

Certain features of the Services may require payment. Fees are disclosed at the point of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Transactions involving USDP, PlayBucks and other tokens are governed by smart contracts. PlayWall is not liable for errors or delays caused by PlayBlock or other blockchain networks.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including content and software, are owned by PlayWall or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayWall is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
